These terms apply to purchases from maxtekparts.com, operated by MaxTek in Washington, USA ("MaxTek", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms, including our Returns & Refundsand Shipping policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment succeeds and we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a part is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Orders can't be cancelled or changed once they're placed. Please review your order carefully before paying.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Shipping is added at checkout as shown on ourShipping page. Any applicable sales tax is added where required.

Shipping and delivery

• In-stock parts normally ship within 1–2 business days; made-to-order parts ship in 7–12 days.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier.
• International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees.
• We can't ship to the restricted destinations listed on the Shipping page.
• Please make sure your address is correct. We're not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address you entered.

Made-to-order parts

Some parts are machined after you order. Lead times are on the product page and the same return terms apply to them.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We accept returns and give refunds only for parts that arrive defective or damaged, as described in ourReturns & Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.

Fitment, installation, and use

Automotive parts must be installed and used correctly. You're responsible for confirming that a part fits your vehicle and for having it installed by a qualified person where appropriate. Some parts are intended for motorsport or off-road use and may not be legal for road use in every jurisdiction; checking local law is your responsibility. Modifying a vehicle may affect its manufacturer warranty.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If a part is defective or damaged when it arrives, we'll replace or refund it as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Beyond that, parts are provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the part. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, labor or installation costs, or damage to a vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Intellectual property

Designs, photos, text, and logos on this site belong to MaxTek and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
