This page explains our returns policy, how to report a defective or damaged part, and how refunds work.

All sales are final

Please double-check fitment and options before ordering. If you're unsure, email us first at [email protected] and we'll help you confirm.

Defective or damaged parts

If your part arrives defective or damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the part and the packaging. If the claim is approved, we will replace the part or refund you in full, including shipping, and we'll cover return shipping if we ask for the part back.

Damage caused by installation, misuse, accidents, modification, or normal wear is not covered.

Fitment

Fitment information on our product pages is provided in good faith, but you're responsible for confirming a part suits your vehicle before ordering. A part that is made correctly but doesn't fit your vehicle isn't considered defective.

How to make a claim

1. Email [email protected] with your order ID, a description of the problem, and photos.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days to confirm the claim.
3. If we ask for the part back, ship it with tracking and send us the tracking number. We'll cover the postage.

Parts sent back without contacting us first won't be accepted.

Refunds

When a claim is approved, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees paid on international orders are not refundable by us.

Cancellations

Orders can't be cancelled or changed once they're placed. Please review your cart, options, and shipping address before you pay.
